By joining the Briefigo waitlist at briefigo.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not join the waitlist.

2. Waitlist Services

The waitlist is a service to notify interested parties about the future availability of Briefigo. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee:

• Early access to the platform.
• A license to use the platform.
• Any specific pricing or feature set.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on briefigo.com, including text, logos, and graphics, is the property of Achova Technologies or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

4. Limitation of Liability

Briefigo and Achova Technologies are provided "as is" without any warranties. We shall not be liable for any damages arising out of your participation in the waitlist.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Achova Technologies is registered.
